Post analytics
What each platform reports, when it reports it, and what it never does.
Refresh a published post
Open a published post and choose Refresh analytics. Systemly asks each supported provider for its latest metrics and stores a dated snapshot. The numbers are not a live counter and can lag behind the network's own interface.

Interpret metrics carefully
Similar labels are not always calculated the same way across networks. Reach, impressions, views, and engagements follow each provider's definitions and eligibility rules. Compare a network with its own earlier results rather than adding unlike metrics into one total.
A zero can mean the post has no activity, the provider has not finished processing it, or that metric was not returned. Use the snapshot time and destination result when diagnosing an unexpected value.
Account statistics
Some account cards also show provider-level statistics. TikTok can return follower and following counts, lifetime likes, and video count. These describe the account, not an individual Systemly post.
When a refresh fails
An analytics error does not change a successful publish result. Reconnect the account if the provider reports expired or missing permission, then refresh again. Some providers delay insights for new posts, and some post types never expose every metric.
