Getting started

Introduction

What Systemly is, who it is for, and how the pieces fit together.

What Systemly is

Systemly is a single operating workspace for the customer-facing work of an agency or service business. It brings contacts, sales pipelines, conversations, calendars, automations, forms, websites, social publishing, payments, analytics, and AI into the same account.

The important part is not simply having those tools in one menu. They share the same workspace and customer records. A form submission can create a contact, a booking can appear on that contact's activity, and an automation can respond without somebody copying information between separate products.

Who it is for

Agencies

Keep one workspace per client. Staff can move between clients without their contacts, accounts, calendars, reporting, or credentials being mixed together.

Service businesses

Run one workspace for your own business and use only the modules you need. You do not have to create extra client workspaces.

Client teams

Give a client a restricted login to their own workspace so they can review results and approved areas without seeing another client or agency-only settings.

How Systemly is organised

Your account is arranged in three layers. Understanding them makes the rest of the product much easier to navigate.

  1. 01

    Your user account

Your login, profile, password, and sessions. One user can belong to more than one organisation or workspace when invited.

  2. 02

    The organisation

The agency or business that owns the subscription, organisation branding, team, and collection of workspaces.

  3. 03

    A workspace

The isolated operating area for one business or client. Contacts, posts, workflows, calendars, forms, settings, and most integrations belong here.
