Sites and funnels

Building pages, multi-step funnels and publishing them.

Choose a website or funnel

A website is a collection of public pages for a business. A funnel is a short sequence built around one action, with step-by-step visitor and conversion reporting. Both are owned by one client workspace and start as drafts.

Open Websites or Funnels in the workspace, then select New website or New funnel. Your workspace permissions determine whether you can edit and publish.

Build with AI

  1. Name the website or funnel and describe the audience, offer, and desired action.
  2. Choose a visual style. Leave Use this client's details on to include workspace branding, contact information, and available images in the brief.
  3. For a funnel, choose its steps and attach a published capture form when you want visitors to become CRM contacts.
  4. Select Build it and let the pages finish generating.
  5. Review every page in desktop and mobile preview before publishing.

Plan a funnel

The default sequence is Landing, Capture, and Confirmation. You can include an Offer step for a longer path. The capture step holds the selected form; a published form is required for visitors to submit it. Build that form first in Forms.

  • Landing introduces the offer and sends visitors toward the next step.
  • Capture collects answers through the connected form.
  • Offer can explain pricing, a proposal, or the next booking action.
  • Confirmation closes the flow with the next steps.

Systemly links the steps in order. A successful capture-form submission records a conversion and moves the visitor to the next step when one exists. The form's CRM, notification, and automation settings still apply.

Import files instead

Choose Upload files when you already have a site. Give it a name and select its HTML files along with the stylesheets, scripts, images, and fonts they reference. Anindex.html or home.html becomes the entry page; other HTML files become additional pages. Keep relative asset paths intact and check every page in Preview after import.

Edit and preview pages

  • Select a page from the page list, then switch Preview between desktop and mobile.
  • Use Change it to ask AI for a focused rewrite, or Start again to rebuild that page from the original brief.
  • Use the HTML tab for direct edits and select Save HTML when finished.
  • Add or remove pages from the page list. A newly added page needs content before use.
  • Change the site name, web-address slug, or internal description under Settings.

Preview runs the saved page at its real preview URL, so its behavior matches the live sandbox more closely than a static mockup. Review links, forms, images, and mobile layout after every substantial change.

Publish and share

  1. Make sure at least one page has finished generating or has saved HTML.
  2. Select Publish in the site editor.
  3. Open the live URL shown beside the status and test it as a visitor.

The public address has the shape /s/workspace/site; additional pages use their own path beneath it. Select Take offline to make the address unavailable without deleting the draft. Changing the web-address slug changes shared links, so update links elsewhere if you rename it.

Read funnel performance

A funnel shows views, unique visitors, and form conversions for each step over the last 30 days. Drop-off between steps is based on unique visitors. A visit is counted when a published page is served; the same browser is treated as one visitor per step during the reporting window.
