Integrations

Connecting third-party providers, and workspace versus agency scope.

Find a service

Open Integrations from a workspace or from its Settings navigation. Use All or a category tab to find messaging, email, payment, calendar, social, storage, or AI providers. Each card shows whether that workspace is connected, inherits an Agency account, needs reconnection, or is not connected. The Docs link on a card opens that provider's setup reference.

Connect an account with OAuth

  1. Select Connect on a calendar, meeting, storage, or social card.
  2. Sign in with the provider and approve the requested access.
  3. Return to Systemly and confirm the connection status on the card.
  4. Use Manage calendar or Manage account where shown to choose calendars or social destinations.

These connections are made for the selected workspace. Calendar connections are also tied to the user who authorised them. Facebook and Instagram have separate connect buttons under the Meta card. If Connect is disabled and environment-variable names appear, the deployment operator must configure that provider's app before users can authorise it.

For follow-up setup, see Calendar sync and Connecting social accounts.

Connect with credentials

  1. On a card with credential fields, select Connect this client or Connect agency-wide.
  2. Enter the provider's required key, account ID, sender, or other fields shown.
  3. Select Save credentials, then test the integration in its working module.

Connect agency-wide is available to organisation Owners and Admins and shares that account with client workspaces. Connect this client saves a workspace-only connection that takes precedence for this provider. OAuth cards use the provider's consent flow instead of this agency-wide key form.

Review, override, or disconnect

  • An Agency account badge means this workspace is using the organisation connection until it connects its own.
  • Update credentials on a connected key-based card when a provider rotates a secret.
  • Use Disconnect on a workspace key-based connection to delete its stored credentials; check whether an agency connection then applies.
  • If a card shows Error or Expired, read the card's message and reconnect or update the provider as needed.

Managing integrations requires the workspace's integrations-management permission; agency-wide credentials additionally require organisation authority. Provider connections for managed email, phone numbers, and Stripe onboarding can also be set up from the dedicated Settings pages. See Email and phone and Accepting payments.
