Platform blog
Reading public articles and managing editorial posts as a platform admin.
Who can manage the platform blog
The public Blog is linked in the website footer. Everyone can read published articles at /blog. Only platform admins can create, edit and publish articles in Admin Console → Blog. Customer organisation owners and workspace admins cannot access it. It is platform editorial content and does not depend on a subscription plan.
Create or edit a blog article
- Open Admin Console → Blog and select New article, or choose an existing article.
- Enter the title, URL slug, author and summary. Optionally add a cover image URL and image description.
- Write the article using Markdown or the formatting toolbar. Bold, italic, underline, headings, lists, quotes, links, images, tables and code are supported. Upload image accepts JPEG, PNG or WebP up to 3 MB when storage is configured.
- Select Preview to see the formatted article. Add descriptive alt text to images.
- Select Save article to save a private draft. Enable Publish article publicly before saving to make it visible.
To unpublish an article, clear Publish article publicly and save. Delete article removes it from the public blog. Scripts and embedded widgets are removed for safety.
Import an AI-authored article
An AI agent can prepare an article JSON file with title, slug, excerpt, content, authorName, coverImage and coverAlt. The content field contains Markdown. Select Import article JSON to load the file, then review the preview. Imports start unpublished; you choose whether to publish and save. The initial article, “What is Systemly?”, can be edited like any other article.
